Interview
I was contacted by Christian and Claire. They told me what area the job was for. What I would be doing. Then an interview was arranged with two the managers, where the asked me the discuss what I did in my previous pest control job. I must say Christian and Claire were both great with aiding me when applying for this role. They made everything clear and easy to understand.

I was asked how long have I had a level 2 for. What did my daily tasks at Ecolab involve. How did I deal with providing quality services to customers and dealing.
Standard phone screening with general questions about yourself, followed by an interview with the manager(s). If successful, will be invited to a half day with a pest technician in the company before a final in person interview with the manager(s).
