I applied through indeed and got a reply back from Patrick from HR a few days later. We did a telephone interview which was quite easy he asked what I know about the company why I want to work there what I know about the role. I was successful at the telephone interview and proceeded to the next stage which was an assessment centre. For the assessment centre I was asked to prepare a presentation before hand we got a breif a week before the questions were quite hard and asked to answer a case study where you have to give solutions for drivers not getting customer signatures. The assessment was a few hours it started off with introducing all the assessors and then we had a group task where we had to rank 1-15 the importance of items if we crashed on the moon typical survival question Google it you will get the answers. After that we were taken individually to view our online PAPI TEST results and some competency questions. I found this really difficult as many questions were asked in detail to see our style of working. After this i went back out and was taken by the regional managers for my area Birmingham to do my presentation. It was easy at it was only 2 of them however it was on a laptop and not very professional. As they could have provided a proper screen.
