Interview
The first interview was with the HR of the company reply (general), then I was contacted by various sub-companies of the reply group in order to schedule a technical interview. I did 3 technical interviews for 3 different sub-companies, even if the companies are different all the 3 interviews was pretty similar

Metodi o tecniche per rendere un modello di machine learning spiegabile
La prima è stata una breve call conoscitiva telefonica, finalizzata a verificare il mio interesse per la posizione e la mia disponibilità. Successivamente ho sostenuto un secondo colloquio conoscitivo con il team HR, durante il quale sono state approfondite sia le esperienze accademiche e professionali sia gli interessi e le passioni personali, con l’obiettivo di valutare l’allineamento con i valori aziendali e la motivazione verso il ruolo.

Interview
I was invited to just one interview during the application process. In that interview, the focus was primarily on behavioral questions aimed at understanding my approach to teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. Additionally, they tested my foundational knowledge of machine learning by asking me to explain some basic concepts and principles.
