Reputation Associate Copy Editor interview questions

Very strange interview. I was initially contacted through email and scheduled a phone interview. During the interview, I was mainly asked about my availability, and about 10minutes in, I was abruptly interrupted by the interviewer because someone was at her office door. She asked a few more questions and I could tell she hadn't listened to the response because she was whispering to someone in the room with her. She said "Sorry, I've got people in here. Gotta go," and hung up on me. Later she emailed and asked if I had any questions about the job. She seemed more comfortable emailing than conversing over the phone. She eventually became my manager, and gave very inconsistent, often rude, feedback.
