Negative experience. The interview was a one-way format where you were given questions and you had to video record yourself responding. There was no communication or opportunity for real-time dialogue from anyone at RLF, nor did they indicate how the video & audio recordings of you would be used/stored. For an organization that says they promote equity, the interview process, which allows the org to video record and judge you remotely without requiring any sort of actual interaction with them, suggests otherwise. There was never any follow up from RLF after the submission either - no thank you for applying, no update on the status, etc. Terrible experience.
