Interview
Sitting down with one of the Chef's and discussing prior experience and how the work flow is done for the client. This included the benefits, pay schedule, tour of the campus/building, we also when over the type of clients who I would be serving. Also we discussed the importance on following procedure regarding safety and sanitation.
