During the interview, the interviewer did not allow me to answer any questions therefore I was unable to fully articulate myself and abruptly ended the interview prior to any relevant questions being asked, which I feel is grossly unfair. The interviewer displayed unprofessional behaviour by making remarks and checking the time throughout, which created a very uncomfortable and unproductive environment, hindering my ability to showcase skills and potential for the role.
I believe that a professional and respectful interview process is crucial for evaluating candidates accurately, and the experience I had fell significantly short of that standard. After taking the time out of my current role and travelling to your business I feel I was treated unfairly and it was unprofessional throughout. Whilst you are fully entitled to end an interview early and granted, I may not be suitable for the role the behaviour exhibited was not expected from a business of your nature.
I kindly request that you review the interview process & procedures to ensure future candidates receive a fair and positive experience. It must be noted that this was the third stage of screenings for the prospective role and a lot of both my time and your colleagues time was wasted.
