I had a positive initial interview with HR and was then moved to the second round with the hiring manager and a team colleague. Unfortunately, the second interview was a negative experience. The hiring manager took a call just 10 seconds into the interview, which felt very unprofessional and threw me off. Despite understanding that it's a startup, the interviewers seemed disengaged and unenthusiastic about interviewing me. After the interview, it took three weeks to hear back from them, and I did not receive any feedback despite sending multiple follow-up emails.
