From my first touchpoint, all interactions were very positive. I had the chance to deep dive into the role and company culture with the direct team through two additional interviews. In both interviews, it felt like I was speaking to team members that I had worked with for a long time. I received detailed information about the role and company culture and had ample opportunity to ask questions, maintaining an equal two-way conversation. All interviews felt like natural conversations and never felt like strict or tricky interviews. After each interview, I felt more and more engaged and beyond thrilled about the opportunity. After the great conversations I had with the team and knowing in confidence that this was the right mutual fit, I received a follow-up call from the hiring manager with an offer and gladly accepted it.
