First I received two messages at Linkedin invinting for an interview. Then I selected a time slot for the screening call. It was video call around 20 minutes. Provide a lot of information about the company, goals, the way they work , salary for the position.

Ask to resume my experience, if I was used to work with KPI and id I was able to achieve theirs, ask salary expetations, ask notice period. Was a 20 minutes screening call.
