I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was a 1-hour F2F interview with the CEO. The turn around time from application to interview request was 5 minutes. The interview was arranged for the next day. The offer was made immediately after the interview. The speed in execution is still embedded in the Revolut culture today.

They don't get back to you after they shortlist you for an assessment. I did a case study and never heard back from them again. Not happy with this experience.
HR call, problem-solving case, then the final day, The HR call is fairly behavioral and experience-based. Expect consulting-like cases from the PS round.

I applied to one job, got rejected
They sent an email you will be suitable for xxx. A call was set. I them was met by a recruiter from the far east, that was wearing a tracksuit, I was asked two very basic questions, which to me seemed that this role was already been given to someone else and this is just a tick box.
The recruiter spoke most of the time, and said what they are looking for, but not asked why am I suitable for this job.
The recruiter then said, should it be applicable they will send it to the interviewer. I received an email saying that it was not successful. I am so glad my future is in safe hands. Absolutely a joke. Don't waste your time!
