First round was telephonic and lasted for around 30 minutes where they wanted to know more about my work and interests. This was followed by an analytical test which needed to be completed within a week and had a comprehensive word doc as well as 2 excel files with data. This was followed by a round with a senior manager and then the final round with the VP of operations.
