I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process is focused on the needs of Revolut without respect for the candidate. They have 6 rounds of interviews and at each stage of the interview they make sure to tell you how 'hard the interview is because they only want the most elite talent'. Give me a break. The interview process is over 25 hours to see if you 'go the extra mile'. Give me a break. I would have preferred a more genuine interview process with the ability to have a back and forth conversation. I feel like they interviewed me, but were not aware that I was getting major red flags. Seems like a terrible place to work to be honest.

Question 1
After many steps, eventually I get to the last one. Meeting with the hiring manager who is also one of the general managers of the company. The interview was unprofessional and suitable for hiring a new graduate, not an executive. General manager had no previous experience in the field. Sounded like a joke.
Hi!
Thanks so much for letting us know about it and please let me apologise for the unacceptable way in which you’ve been treated.
We take all reviews very seriously and investigate any allegations of misconduct or unreasonable behaviour to avoid such situations and make Revolut a great place to work!
All the very best!

Interview
Applied for a senior role for experienced professionals. Revolut quickly organised a screening interview that went well. Then received an elaborate analytical home task. Spent hours analysing and preparing a presentation. Got congratulated that I successfully passed the task and they would soon come back with the next step. Then after a week of silence Revolut informed me that the position I was interviewed for was closed.
The whole process was run by a contractor in Eastern Europe who probably was not well coordinated with the London head office. It is disappointing to spend hours on the analytical task only to be informed in a few days that the position was closed. Why to start recruitment process for a position that was about to be closed?
Check with Revolut that the position you are applying for is really active before cracking the analytical task.
