Online exam - The exam focused on numerical and business knowledge.
Interview - Discussed previous work experience in addition going through a series of case studies which I had to come up with solutions to.

Interview
Too long an interview process wasting a lot of candidates time. They dont have a proper filtering process. I would suggest invest your efforts elsewhere where companies respect your time. Imagine what it would be for employees who are actually in the firm
