I applied online, got an email from their HR asking me to fill in a suitable time in their calendar with some links to read about engineering at Revolut. Also asked me to set aside a followup 2 x 1 hour & 1 x 2 hour timeslots over the next 7-14 days. Given the number of negative reviews I've read on Glassdoor about Revolut & the very odd/robotic/ not friendly process I've had thus far I'm not going to progress any further. Really doesn't seem like they care about people, I'm expected to set aside 5-6 hours for a crappy online live coding interview process? No thanks. There are better companies out there with more streamlined hiring practices.
