I was informed that a successful completion of the first two stages would position me for a mid-level role, and passing the third would qualify me for a senior position. Despite navigating through all stages, I was met with a rejection email without further clarification. Though companies have the right to choose their candidates, the lack of feedback, especially after such a significant time commitment on my end, was both surprising and unprofessional.
