The process was quite straightforward. Apply online then hr screening then sql coding. did not proceed further. However after I recieved the coding interview, they cancelled because they said the position was filled.

Interview
Screening call with recruiters, then multiple video interviews. Nothing too technical, but general questions about fintech and the business area. Asked questions about CV and some relevant skills I had listed.
The interview was different from what I expected based on my preparation. I had prepared primarily for structured business cases using MECE frameworks.
Instead, the interview focused on a recruiting process scenario. The exercise required discussing potential operational improvements and performing quick percentage calculations. Candidates should be prepared to do mental math without a calculator or tablet, as external tools were not allowed.
