La experiencia fue muy profesional, con un equipo amable y atento en todo momento. El proceso de selección se desarrolló en tres etapas, incluyendo pruebas y una entrevista técnica que resultaron bastante exigentes. A pesar de haber avanzado hasta la fase final, finalmente fui rechazada. Sin embargo, valoro la oportunidad de haber participado y el aprendizaje obtenido durante el proceso.

En la primera entrevista me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia y si conocía Revolut.

Interview
Se pusieron en contacto conmigo de forma activa por el puesto, pedí información y me metieron directamente al proceso de selección. Pasé la fase de los SHL Assessment y tuve una entrevista con la recruiter. Se presento unos 7 min tarde, tenían mal mi información y cancelaron mi entrevista. Me volvieron a contactar para repetir la entrevista, tiene una duración aproximada de 20 minutos y fue en inglés.
The first stage with a sourcer/recruiter was far too fast, with no personalisation and no personal acknowledgement.
The next stage was the total opposite of an inclusive process - an online assessment around maths and english problems and then an exercise where you had to match the facial expressions with the emotions - as an Autistic individual I raised my concerns but was told I still had to do it to get to the next stage.
This is non-inclusive and an awful experience for an ND individual.
