This interview was not great. I was headhunted for this role on LinkedIn, and at the interview I was grilled about specialist knowledge including growth and paid marketing. My background is clearly from a more creative, generalist, and Global Branding perspective. It is almost as if they did not even bother looking at my experience before head hunting me. It was really a waste of both of our time, and I found the interviewer to be rather passive aggressive and rude.
