Revver interview questions

Received a call to setup an initial interview. Initial interview went over the basics. I was asked for a second technical interview. After the second interview they said they would get back to me by the end of the week. I never received any communication. Position became listed again and I applied and they contacted me again. I mentioned who I was and he pulled my my previous notes and asked if I was still looking and I responded yes. He said he would consult with the boss and call me back in 20-30 minutes to setup an interview. I never received the phone call and instead they sent the standard "not selected" email. For a company that promotes SaaS to get companies organized is unable to keep accurate records and stay organized. Why call me again to setup a interview and then do the exact opposite? The lack of honesty and transparency is not acceptable and unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this company.

First a phone screen, then a lengthy design challenge using their real product (huge red flag) asking for multiple user flows and both mobile and web. Then an in-person interview on site with members of product team and a meeting with the CEO without warning. After all that, completely ghosted, never heard from again and I see they have already posted their listing again.
