Went over questions regarding experience with insurance and insurance claim processes, communication styles and skills, experience with estimating software used by insurance companies (xactimate), knowledge of roof structures, etc. If you're an ex-adjuster then it is all straightforward questions. Those with sales background would do well too but may need to do a bit of research about the back and forth between insurance adjusters and contractors. Straightforward interview with no fluff
