Rhumbix, Inc. interview questions

First step was an introductory phone call with the team lead/manager. After that, you have a one hour coding challenge with some follow up questions. The final step was a three hour block consisting of a system design interview, meeting the VP of Engineering, an algorithms interview, and finally meeting a few people from the product team. The entire process was quick and everyone, especially the team lead/manager, was a joy to speak with. The company seems like a great, fun, and smart bunch of folks and they are incredibly invested in their employees by cultivating a great culture and promoting professional development. Unfortunately I had another offer that slightly edged out theirs, but if I didn't I would have joined in a heartbeat.

Great talented people who truly care about creating an environment where people want to work and be their best selves. Everyone on the interview panel was not only sharp but all seemed like very likable people and coworkers. They truly invest in their employees growth and are careful about preserving the culture they've created. I didn't get the job but would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.
