First step was an introductory phone call with the team lead/manager. After that, you have a one hour coding challenge with some follow up questions. The final step was a three hour block consisting of a system design interview, meeting the VP of Engineering, an algorithms interview, and finally meeting a few people from the product team.
The entire process was quick and everyone, especially the team lead/manager, was a joy to speak with. The company seems like a great, fun, and smart bunch of folks and they are incredibly invested in their employees by cultivating a great culture and promoting professional development. Unfortunately I had another offer that slightly edged out theirs, but if I didn't I would have joined in a heartbeat.
