I received a call from the departments HR, did a phone interview, did an assessment (proofreading, excel, mail merge), interview with group staff, then interviewed with the executive director.

Please be sure to come prepared to pay for parking as not everyone validates your parking. The interview process was fairly quick. I had two interviews which lasted less than 15 minutes but had to pay for parking for both of them. My resume spoke for itself so it was fairly simple.
