The talk went well. the communication was quite friendly. the campus is beautiful. office people is nice. everything went very well, nothing went wrong. meet with students, faculties. Have lunch and dinner together.

The hiring process is quite fast but good. Nevertheless in some cases the selection brings researchers not really qualify for the kind of job they are supposed to do. Thee are well established hierarchies so try to match with them or you have no chance.
