Question 1
What is the position that has prepared you the most for this position
now in the first round with AI screening and then move to the manager. The interview invitation took around 2 weeks and now waiting to move forward to the next step with managers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Richemont (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
First fill out an application form (all in English). The final part of the application form is two English questions. HR interview, ask some basic questions and information. The manager interviews, understands the job content of the previous job and other specific information, and then notifies him to return to wait for the notice. If possible, he also needs a telephone interview from the person in charge.
In charge of the telephone interview, I mainly asked about the organizational structure of the company and the specific responsibilities of the previous job.
