First of all, the majority of people at my site were hired through a referral or connection, myself included. I was contacted by phone for an interview and was given clear directions for finding the building and getting through to the receptionist. The manager was on time for the interview and very courteous. It was obvious that he took a few minutes to review my resume before the interview so I didn't have to explain my entire background to him. He asked all of the typical interview questions, including "strengths and weaknesses" as well as some very specific ones regarding what machines and software I had experience with. At the end of the interview, he told me someone would be in contact within a week. I was contacted five days later and offered the position. I was not given more information at that time, but was told to expect a welcome packet in the mail. I received the packet three days later that listed my starting salary and the steps and paperwork I needed to complete. As soon as I passed the drug test (through labcorp) I was contacted by phone and given my start date.

Received an email to schedule a Phone interview... Asked me about myself and why i would fit the role. Then I got an email from the manager to do in person interview.
