Ridecell Senior Fullstack Software Engineer interview questions

The recruiter scheduled two phone screens with me. Both times, the recruiter did not end up calling and then tried to re-schedule afterwards. This behavior is very unprofessional and I feel like it gave the wrong message about how ridecell views its candidates. Additionally, my schedule has been busy so I wish they would've told me ahead of time at least so I could have freed up my time. As a senior candidate, this is very disappointing.
