RightCapital interview questions

It was a 3 stage interview process. The first being a quick phone screen with someone from HR. The second was a zoom meeting with a sales lead. And lastly there was an in person interview in which I met with a number of individuals on the sales development team.

Had one interview that went well and i was enthusiastically told they’d reach back out to schedule a second round, usually within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I was ghosted and both my thank you email and follow up email have gone totally ignored. Very unprofessional.
