      Interview

I applied for this role on Rio Tinto's website. The interview process took about 3 months and was handled very professionally. My first contact with the company was with a member of the talent acquisition team who asked me a series of questions to assess my profile. I was then invited for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. The meeting went well and was followed by two additional rounds with other key members of the team. The last interview included a case study to assess my behavior under specific situations. Finally, the recruitment process was concluded by a series of online assessment tests.
