Generic questions, chasing STAR responses, very similar to a graduate interview, asked very little of actual job details. Was stunned at how little they cared about actual experience. Appeared more interested in generic responses than how you function in the specific role

Interview with Technical manager and recruitment advisor. Technical manager focused on technical aspect. Recruitment advisor focus on health and safety aspect.
