Rising Sun Pictures interview questions

It was an easy, calm friendly and casual experience. Mostly looking at the reel, going over each shot and talking about past experiences/companies. I had nothing too technical or challenging.

The process was over 2 months since initially applying - had my interview 3-4 weeks after applying. I had to follow up a couple of times for my interview date and time within that time frame. Interview was welcoming and had a friendly atmosphere. 4 weeks later after my first interview, I was told I wasn't successful with getting the job. This was after I had to follow up about the interview a few times after not hearing any feedback in regards to the interview. I didn't feel supported by recruitment or the hiring managers.
