Had to do a general aptitude test (language and logic) that lasted about 90m, after that I received a phone call and had a very short interview style conversation and after that I was sent a writing aptitude test in which you had to reply to 8 customers in different media forums (facebook, instagram and twitter) in 2 languages in 1h. You are asked to really think outside the box here. Unfortunately I did not get further, but the next and final step is a longer interview. The feedback I had from my last test was that I was too informal and didn't incorporate the Rituals products (even though it states in the beginning of the test not to worry about the products or brand values) so if you get to this stage be creative but still commercial (think salesperson) and drop in Rituals products. The whole process took about 2 weeks and it was quite pleasant, the recruiter was really nice.
