RiverNorth interview questions

I had the awesome opportunity to speak with all 3 founders (3 separate interviews) of RiverNorth via video chat. Each interview was treated as a casual conversation allowing me to speak to my skills, goals (short & long term), professional and personal interests, and where I see myself growing. All interviewers (founders) have an excellent outlook on the GovCon space and shared their experience & insights into the future of the firm and how they thought I would be an asset. As RiverNorth is a Teal organization, they made it very clear that this is something you need to be bought into prior to seeking an opportunity with them. It's a unique and new way of looking at the professional experience and something that should be researched and well understood before you chat with the company. Overall, my interview experience was fantastic. The folks at RiverNorth are warm and welcoming all while testing your aptitude and gauging your abilities / determination to drive the company forward.
