Very easy; you will get a 5 minute phone call from the hiring manager who will ask you basic things like your age. Then once you pass that you'll go in for an interview with the general manager and he will ask you about experience and how you've dealt with an upset customer. Then you'll fill out a couple pages of paperwork.

The recruiter was extremely nice and very professional. She got me in for an interview with the new store manager that afternoon.
The store manager was also very nice and professional. When I explained my back ground, even though I am EXTREMELY over qualified for this position, he told me about room for advancement. I left feeling very positive.

I had a phone interview first then a store interview with the hiring manger. Both interviews were short and easy. The manger was very nice and made me feel comfortable which made the interview a lot easier.
