I worked at Road Ranger full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

When i started it was a great place to work, i thought it was my last job. Planned on retiring from there in 17 years. Bonus the 1st year were very obtainable, but every year they became less obtainable.

    Cons

Sold gas stations to a terrible company GPM. Every thing went way down hill after that.

I worked at Road Ranger full-time

    Pros

    Good Pay, Great customers,

    Cons

Being Salary, you were nothing but a Road Ranger Slave..... Labor was always non existent. If you were a good manager or supervisor that cared about the business, you were having to work 70 to 80 work weeks just to keep up. Even with those 70 to 80 hour work weeks, it was never good enough and never appreciated. Office Executives couldn't care less that they were driving people into the ground. It was all about the profit.

    Advice to Management

Work a month in your Managers or Supervisors shoes and see what they go through. Maybe then you will realize that what you ask for isn't possible.

I have been working at Road Ranger (Less than a year)

    Pros

Scheduling is flexible. You get a 3 week schedule which allows for planning things. That is the only pro I can think of.

    Cons

You don't get a lunch break. In fact at orientation you are encouraged to work through your lunch. At my location there are no pressure mats so you are standing on tile on top of concrete for 7+ hours (even Walmart provide pressure mats for their cashiers!!!!). No respect for end times on shifts. I can count on one hand the number of times I have gotten out on time and this wasn't because we were busy. I have never worked for a company that is so loose with it's payroll. Over all, I would say keep looking.

    Advice to Management

    Lunch breaks and pressure mats!!!!!!!!!!
