Thank you for your feedback. We require all new drivers, both independent contractors and employee drivers to go through an orientation. We go over the contract with all the costs and we have the settlements department discuss how drivers are paid. We have over 4,500 drivers that work for us since we ship nationwide. If you have questions about your check, I would recommend talking to the Transportation Services department. We rely on our drivers so we know how important they are to us!
