I have an initial call with the Recruiter (~20-30 min), second call with the hiring manager (about 45 min) then the third interview consisted of 5 45-minute zoom interviews back to back with varying members of the company. Some in a similar role, others on different team, etc. I heard from the team the following day with a verbal offer followed by a formal offer that evening. Initial call/pace was slower but once I was through the second interview, things speed up. Overall - I interviewed and received an over in about 3 weeks time.

Multiple rounds spread out over a few weeks. Including HR, manager, round table, and executive-level interviews. It was very long, but comprehensive, which I appreciated since it meant the people I would be working with were vetted out as well.
