    There were two interviews: one phone interview with HR manager that lasted 20 minutes at most. The second interview lasted two hours and involved meetings with multiple associates and partners.

    Overall, the process was friendly but disorganized to the extent that there was a major lack of communication/collaboration between the various practice groups and HR. It did not appear as if this firm had a clear understanding about the nature and expectations of the positions for which they were hiring.

    They also seemed commitment-phobic and more of a short term type of job.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked generic interview questions during the phone call like "why should we hire you?" They also told me the salary during the phone interview, and implied that it was nonnegotiable. When I met with the attorneys, I was asked multiple times if I can work long hours and if I dont mind document review. The questions were very focused around satisfying this firms short term needs.   Answer Question
