- mostly interviewers are late
- sometimes for walk-in HR call mistakenly to not suitable candidates for some positions and there will be a short and unnecessary technical round with a denial to proceed to next rounds.
1b. Written aptitude test for freshers.
Telephonic interview for laterals.
2. technical round 1
- simple questions to introduce, questions on basic digital electronics, voltage regulators, electric circuits. Voltage divider is a definite question. Happens for about 1 hr.
3. technical round 2
- handled by a mid-level manager - simple questions on technical basics, like debouncing and rectifiers or the like... Happens for about half hr. An introduction to the company is also given to check the interest of the candidate. Knowledge of company profile is preferable to discuss here. Expected salaries are noted.
4. human resource
- salaries are negotiated here. With joining dates possible etc.
- onsite information will be included as kind of package - but this is at the candidates choice - it is only a compensation of expense and onsite period is having a 2 year contract for 1 yr onsite.
