We had a written test that consists of 30 mcqs and 2 coding questions(for cse) . the qualified members were then interviewed for 30 min . in the technical interview we were asked about the projects and few technical questions on the core. finally we had a comunication round that consists of few questions to test your langugae skills and a essay writing part.
