Attended up to the final stage of the interview (Mid of Dec 2024). Did not receive any reply at all till the end of Dec 2024. I had to follow up with them on the Second week of January 2025, cause I waited way too long, only for them to say they were not proceeding with my application. I emailed the HR and the HOD of the applied role, they didn't even reply back, the recruiter replied and in the email she did not even address my name. It is very evident, they just "forgot" to give an application update. I don't think they would have even given an update, had I not followed up. It all just seems so unprofessional for a MNC to not even give an update for my application, that got to the final round. SMH.
