Phone interview. Very standard. Asked about seven questions. It almost felt like a robot was interviewing me, which shows how impersonal it was, especially since it was over the phone.

Met with Manager, he shared his vision for his branch of the organization, asked some basic questions about my experience and skillsets and how they were relevant to the vision he outlined.
