Interview
January through March I had three interviews and had been in consistent communication with the HR team. When scheduling my final round interview, I got an email discussing the next steps for providing references and that they were hoping to decide on extending an offer to a candidate very soon. I completed the final interview and then heard nothing back despite emailing them two weeks after my last interview and then again a few weeks later. This complete silence after consistent communication on their end was confusing. It was unfortunate since the company boasts a strong workplace culture, yet after reading the Glassdoor interview reviews, I am seeing the pattern of not responding and poor management. Very disappointing to not have a follow-up of an answer either way.
