Robroy Industries interview questions

I had an interview with the H.R. associate, who comfortably communicated the role, the expectations, and the environment, while asking detailed questions about who I was. I then took a series of computer tests because "average people aren't allowed to work here". After the series of tests, I was invited to talk to the current chief of operations for the location. He proceeded to directly insult me, and my experience, and asked me what book I had beside my bed. When I told him I had an poetry old book that my mother had owned, he proceeded to directly insult me as sentimental, saying, "you could have said anything" and overall work history and experience. The next week, I saw on social media that they had given the job to an internal candidate. They literally wanted to waste my time in order to insult me. A truly disgusting company with disgusting owners.

Lengthy interview process. But worth it to find quality employees. I would suggest communicating better through out the process instead of leaving someone waiting when they could of accepted a different job due to not knowing where they stood during the process
