The interview was done by phone. The recruiter had reached out to me via LinkedIn to see if I was interested in the position. The interviewer mostly asked me to go over my background, particularly my last two jobs. They asked me whether I also had any other positions I had interviews for that were in the works, and whether these were from applying or from recruiters reaching out to me.
