Rockland Trust interview questions

I interviewed for an internship position with this company and had a generally positive experience during the interview itself. The process was straightforward and focused primarily on my resume and prior experience, with standard questions that were easy to follow in a remote setting. However, the post-interview communication was disappointing. I was informed that I would receive an update within two weeks or sooner, but I never heard back. After waiting, I followed up to check on my application status and still received no response. While the interview experience was fine, the lack of communication afterward felt unprofessional and discourteous. Providing timely updates or even a brief rejection notice would reflect much better on the company’s candidate experience.
