Before even having a screening interview this company asks you to complete an aptitude test which I can understand for engineeers, etc. But for a senior leadership role I’ve found this very old school. I politely declined to go further.

Interview
Comprehensive investigation starting with intelligence and personality evaluation the results of which are used throughout the process. Dynamic panel of interviews with a range of stakeholders culminated in presentation and interview with CEO. Feedback on status, rationale and role was provided throughout. Very impressed with the pursuit of competency, fit and culture.
