Interview
Applied online through their website. Got contacted by HR recruiter almost immediately on the same day. He scheduled the first HR interview within a week, then proceeded to do the online assessments (Korn Ferry) after a week. Took slightly more than 2 weeks to get back with results. Next was the first round consulting interview with project manager, scheduled within 2 weeks, market sizing but no numerical calculations. Interviewer was nice and gave me a second chance even though I was not well prepared. Passed and was informed within a day. Second round was after a week with principal consultant, also market sizing but more in depth and numerical. Interviewer was more strict and I did not pass this round. Waited for a few days before contacting HR recruiter via email, where he informed me nicely that I was not selected for the last round (with partner). All in all, was a good experience because HR was responsive and did not leave candidates hanging after rejection.

3 Gespräche an einem Tag. Ein Personal Fit Interview und 2 Case Interviews. Die Cases folgen dem gängigen Aufbau und variieren zwischen Candidate und Interviewer led. Insgesamt aber gut machbar
Second round is difficult. Partner interview is chill. The partner didn’t do a case. It was just a 30-minute conversation. The partner kinda tells you if you’re accepted or not
2 Rounds, first with senior consultant, second with partner and project leader. The format was very typical for strategy consulting starting with a fit interview and moving to the case.
