They made me wait for 8 weeks before sending the screening test, then asked for a Cover Letter, which makes no sense considering I already was a Consultant. Then asked for another screening call for absolutely no reason… total waste of time. They’re just harvesting CVs for no reason

Quite bad experience overall with interruptions and cold atmostphere. In general, I had the impression from the start of the case that she does not want me to succeed in this case interview.
