Ron Smith and Co interview questions

The initial interview took place at the head office with the Managing Director. It was relaxed and casual; it felt more like a conversation with a colleague rather than an assessment. The second interview took place via video chat with an acquiatince of the company. They had more knowledge of the role and asked more specific questions, but it was still quite informal.
